They are a package deal Mike and Brock Olson are top notch when it comes to customer service and providing the best options to help our company and trucks run efficiently and smoothly. We have been using Dynasty Communications since 2014. It started with the Geotab GPS system. This system operates smoothly and allows me to see, track and provide real time updates to customers on when to expect their delivery. We are a family owned and operated company and appreciate that Dynasty Communications is as well. They treat us like family and are available any time we need anything. Whether it be for GPS, Cellular Technologies and even helped us roll out an automated VoIP Vonage Business phone system for our office during the height of the pandemic. Mike Olson and Dynasty Communications have been handling our GPS monitoring and record keeping for over eight years now. We have a large fleet of construction vehicles and need to keep accurate mileage, hours of service, trip records, etc. We’ve been very pleased with the service we receive. Records are accurate and always available. On the one occasion that I had trouble viewing reports, it only took one phone call to Mike for him to help me fix the problem immediately. We upgraded our system a couple of years ago and there was no question that we were staying with Mike and Dynasty Communications.
